Cranberry Chicken |
|
2-5 chicken breasts
1 pkg of onion soup mix
1 can of whole cranberries
1/2 of small bottle of russian dressing
Mix ingredients and spread over clean chicken in a roasting pan.
Pre heat oven to 350. Bake covered for 45 min to 1 hour
depending on size of chicken |

Cold Veggie Pizza |

Fabulous recipe for getting kids to eat their
veggies, but Adults love it too, and it just disappears as an
appetizer or snack.
Open and spread out 1 package of
Pillsbury Crescent rolls onto a baking sheet.
press edges together and bake as per
package. let stand to cool.
Mix package of softened Philedelphia cream cheese, 1/4 cup mayonaise
and 1 tsp dry dill
weed, spread on the pillsbury crust.
Top with finely
chopped tomato, broccoli, red onion, and sweet peppers
(red, green, yellow or orange) and a sprinkling of grated cheese.
Cut in small squares and enjoy.
